About Stayzaa Stayzaa is Gujarat’s first curated OTA platform, focused on premium villas, farmhouses, and weekend getaways. We’re building an ecosystem where hosts can onboard seamlessly, showcase their properties, and reach verified guests — all with zero hassle. Role Overview As an Onboarding Executive, you’ll be the bridge between Stayzaa and property owners. Your job is to ensure a smooth, professional, and efficient onboarding journey for every host, from first call to property go-live. Key Responsibilities Daily outreach to property owners (calls, WhatsApp, and email). Pitch Stayzaa’s benefits and guide them through the onboarding process. Collect and verify property details: documents, photos, amenities, pricing. Assist hosts with listing setup and ensure profiles meet Stayzaa standards. Update CRM with call notes, lead status, and conversions daily. Work closely with the Surat support team to troubleshoot and finalize onboarding. Achieve weekly onboarding targets and maintain conversion quality. Requirements: 1–4 years’ experience in telecalling, sales, or customer onboarding (real estate/travel/hospitality preferred). Fluent in Gujarati & Hindi (English a plus). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Comfort with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business. Ability to handle 80–100 calls per day with discipline. Positive, ownership-driven, and team-oriented mindset. Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience).
