Responsibilities As Co-Founder & CTO, your role will span across hands-on execution, leadership, and long-term strategy : Technology Leadership Define and lead Stayzaa’s tech vision and product roadmap . Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and reliable systems. Stay ahead of the curve in travel-tech innovations, AI, and automation . Product Development Refine and expand the current MVP to make it launch-ready . Build and enhance modules like search, booking, payments, property management, and AI concierge . Ensure mobile-first and seamless UI/UX across web and app platforms. Architecture & Scaling Architect backend systems for scalability (100 → 1000+ properties) . Integrate map-based search, OTA filters, and dynamic pricing . Set up cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and deployment workflows. Team Building & Leadership Build, hire, and mentor a world-class tech team in Gujarat . Define engineering culture, processes, and best practices. Take ownership of technology decisions as a true co-founder. Collaboration & Growth Work closely with the CEO & founding team to align tech with business strategy and fundraising goals . Be actively involved in investor pitches, due diligence, and scaling conversations . Drive tech decisions that directly impact revenue, user acquisition, and market leadership . Qualifications We are not looking for just a developer. We’re looking for a builder, leader, and entrepreneur . Must-Haves: Strong experience in full-stack development (React, Next.js, Supabase/Postgres, Tailwind). Hands-on expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Supabase), APIs, and integrations . Understanding of AI, automation, and personalization in consumer platforms. Role Overview As an Onboarding Executive, you’ll be the bridge between Stayzaa and property owners. Your job is to ensure a smooth, professional, and efficient onboarding journey for every host, from first call to property go-live. Key Responsibilities Daily outreach to property owners (calls, WhatsApp, and email). Pitch Stayzaa’s benefits and guide them through the onboarding process. Collect and verify property details: documents, photos, amenities, pricing. Assist hosts with listing setup and ensure profiles meet Stayzaa standards.
