Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts and agreements. Daily tasks include conducting market research, creating business proposals, providing property investment advisory, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company targets. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
