We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in telesales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Handle objections and provide appropriate responses to inquiries.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive skills and ability to close sales.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
