The role involves engaging with prospective students, providing guidance on international education programs, and converting leads into confirmed admissions through effective counseling and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents about international education programs. Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries. Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets. Maintain proper records of interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Follow up consistently with leads to ensure closure. Maintain a strong understanding of program details and updates. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); MBA or postgraduate preferred. 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales, academic counseling, or inside sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections. Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Experience working with CRM tools or lead tracking systems. Preferred Skills: Experience in education sales or counseling (preferably international programs). Fluency in English and Tamil. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
