Roles & Responsibilities:

·  Train students for Banking and TNPSC exams as per the latest syllabus.

·  Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness, and English Language.

·  Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and mock tests.

·  Conduct engaging classroom/online sessions and doubt-clearing classes.

·  Guide aspirants with exam strategies, shortcuts, and time management techniques.

·  Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

·  Stay updated with latest exam patterns and notifications.

Requirements:

·  Strong knowledge in Aptitude, Reasoning, English, and General Awareness.

·  Prior teaching/training experience in competitive exam coaching preferred.

·  Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

·  Candidates who have cleared any stage of Bank or TNPSC exams will be given preference.

·  Freshers who have cleared Prelims and Mains of Bank/TNPSC in the past 12 months are also eligible.

Qualification:

·  Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline.

·  Ability to handle online batches and create effective study materials.
