🔍 About the Role

Recruitment Manager

🛠 Key Responsibilities Strategic Recruitment Leadership

• Lead the recruitment function for IT & Non-IT roles.
• Plan, execute, and monitor hiring strategies for ongoing and future requirements.
• Coordinate closely with department heads to understand manpower needs.
• Manage recruitment pipelines and reduce hiring turnaround time.

IT Hiring

• Source and screen candidates for roles such as Developers, Testers, Support Engineers, Analysts, etc.
• Evaluate technical capabilities and coordinate technical interview rounds.
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals.

Non-IT Hiring

• Manage hiring for roles in Sales, Operations, Training, Customer Support, Admin, HR, and Back-office.
• Handle high-volume recruitment when needed.
• Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist suitable profiles.

Team & Process Management

• Guide and support junior recruiters (if applicable).
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
• Build strong talent pools for future requirements.

• Excellent sourcing skills across job portals, LinkedIn, and internal networks.
