Job Overview

Content Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and structured course content for online and hybrid programs.
• Create storyboards, assessments, assignments, and learner guides aligned with course objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and trainers to ensure content accuracy and industry relevance.
• Adapt complex technical or financial topics into simplified and learner-friendly formats.
• Develop scripts and materials for video lectures, animations, and e-learning modules.
• Ensure content consistency in tone, style, and format as per Elewayte standards.
• Research latest trends in skilling and industry requirements to update existing course materials.
• Coordinate with the multimedia and LMS teams to ensure seamless content integration.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong command over English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to simplify and structure information logically.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
• Creativity in content presentation and instructional design.
• Attention to detail, research orientation, and adherence to deadlines.

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English, Education, Communication, Journalism, or relevant field.
• 1–4 years of experience in content writing, instructional design, or e-learning development.
• Freshers with strong writing and presentation skills may also apply.
