Key Job Roles & Responsibilities Content Creation Write engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, ads, emailers, brochures, etc. Develop captions, taglines, scripts, and long-form content as needed. Content Strategy Plan content aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and target audience. Maintain content calendars and ensure consistency in tone and messaging. Research & Ideation Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior. Generate creative ideas for campaigns and storytelling. Brand Voice Management Ensure all content follows the brand’s voice, style, and guidelines. Adapt tone based on platform (Instagram, website, LinkedIn, etc.). Collaboration Work closely with designers, marketers, and social media teams. Coordinate with video editors for scripts and visual storytelling. Editing & Proofreading Review content for clarity, grammar, accuracy, and engagement. Performance Analysis (basic) Track engagement and suggest improvements based on performance insights.
