Job Description

Role summary Drive new‑to‑credit and repeat Business Loan acquisition through open market, referral partners and DSAs, manage end‑to‑end file movement with credit/ops, and achieve monthly disbursal and productivity targets while ensuring policy and documentation compliance. This is a full‑time role reporting to the Business Manager, requiring regular client meetings, lead follow‑ups, and timely coordination till sanction and disbursal. Key responsibilities  Source BL prospects via open market channels, cold calling.  Assist prospects to understand requirements, present product fit, and guide them through the application journey.  Verify documents, prepare files per policy, and coordinate with credit and operations for sanction and disbursal within defined TAT.  Maintain accurate activity logs, pipeline/MIS, and provide regular sales reports and updates to management.  Ensure regulatory/policy adherence during sourcing and documentation across the sales process.  Cross‑sell relevant protection (e.g., insurance) to BL customers as per policy.  Empanel and activate quality referral partners/DSAs; nurture connectors to scale acquisition in assigned micro‑markets. Requirements  1–2 years of experience in Business Loan sales; prior financial services/loan sales experience is required.  Graduate degree preferred; strong communication and negotiation skills with proficiency in local language and English.  Demonstrated understanding of loan products, policies, and basic financial principles relevant to MSME/BL.  Hands‑on exposure to documentation, file preparation, and coordination with credit/ops until disbursal.  MIS hygiene and discipline in reporting activities and outcomes. KPIs  Monthly disbursal targets achieved by value and cases, with consistent productivity against benchmarks.  TAT adherence from sourcing to sanction/disbursal in coordination with support functions.  Cross‑sell penetration of relevant protection products to BL customers.  Active partner/DSA activation and throughput from referral channels in assigned territory. Compensation and work norms  Fixed pay with performance‑linked incentives typical for loan sales roles.  Role is full‑time and office
