Telesales Executive

We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Telesales Skin Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales ability with a deep understanding of skincare concerns and solutions. In this role, you will engage with leads over the phone, assess their skin needs, provide personalized product/service recommendations, and drive conversions while maintaining excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective leads and existing customers to promote skincare products, services, or treatment plans. Conduct telephonic skin assessments by understanding customer concerns, history, and goals. Offer expert counselling on suitable skincare routines, treatments, and product selections. Convert inquiries into sales by clearly communicating benefits, pricing, and value propositions. Maintain strong follow-up on warm leads, abandoned enquiries, and repeat customers. Achieve monthly sales targets, call quotas, and conversion goals. Handle customer objections effectively and resolve queries with a positive approach. Update CRM systems with accurate notes, customer details, and status of leads. Build long-term customer relationships through empathy, product knowledge, and service quality. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign feedback, customer insights, and process improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of telesales, customer service, or skincare counselling experience (beauty/wellness industry preferred). Strong understanding of basic skincare concerns (acne, pigmentation, anti-ageing, sensitivity, etc.). Excellent communication skills in English and local languages. Persuasive selling ability with a customer-centric mindset. Confident, energetic, and comfortable handling high call volumes. Ability to listen actively and offer personalized solutions. Proficiency with CRM tools or sales software is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications Certification or diploma in cosmetology, dermatology assistance, beauty therapy, or related fields. Prior experience in dermat clinics, beauty clinics, cosmetic brands, or teleconsultation centers. Working Conditions Full-time role with fixed shifts (day shift preferred).
