Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role located in Gurugram. The Telesales Executive will engage with potential customers to generate leads and drive sales while providing exceptional customer support. Daily tasks involve reaching out to clients, understanding their needs, explaining Curelo’s services, and ensuring a smooth booking process. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer queries, building positive relationships, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and active listening skills to effectively engage with customers
• Proven Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales to achieve targets and contribute to company growth
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
• Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is advantageous
