Job Description

As a Telesales & Customer Service Executive (Inbound/Outbound/Credit Card Sales) working remotely in a call center environment, your role involves promoting and selling credit card products, handling inbound and outbound customer calls, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include: - Achieving assigned monthly KPIs and card acquisition targets. - Conducting telesales activities without mis-selling to meet sales goals. - Contacting potential and existing customers to promote banking products. - Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate financial solutions. - Cross-selling and upselling products to increase revenue opportunities. - Following verification policies and adhering to all regulatory and bank guidelines. - Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems after each customer interaction. - Ensuring timely follow-up with customers to close leads. - Attending daily team huddles, meeting team commitments, and resolving customer complaints efficiently. - Compiling daily/monthly reports, maintaining MIS, and working closely with team leaders, product managers, and operations to streamline sales performance. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate from a recognized university. - 1-2 years of experience in a similar telesales or customer service environment preferred. - Strong sales and customer orientation with excellent communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with colleagues. - Analytical mindset, good computer proficiency, and a result-driven attitude. - Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing work environments.
