Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.


• Clearly explain project details, features, pricing, and investment benefits.


• Schedule meetings and site visits for the field sales team.


• Follow up with leads consistently to maintain a strong sales funnel.


• Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.


• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in any discipline.


• 2-6 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer handling.


• Real estate sales experience is a strong advantage.


• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.


• Goal-oriented, confident, and proactive approach.


• Strong follow-up skills and ability to connect with clients effectively.
