Telephone Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Caller / Telephone Sales Representative to join our sales team. The role involves making outbound and warm calls to prospective and existing clients to promote company products and technology solutions, understanding customer needs, and clearly explaining product features, benefits, and pricing. The candidate will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and following up leads to support business growth, building strong customer relationships through professional communication, and scheduling follow-up calls, product demonstrations, or meetings for the sales team. The role also requires accurately updating call outcomes, customer information, and lead status in CRM systems, achieving daily and monthly calling and sales targets, and effectively handling customer queries and objections. Coordination with sales and marketing teams, maintaining knowledge of products and market trends, ensuring compliance with company policies, and preparing basic sales reports are also key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
• Engage in B2B sales conversations, presenting product features and benefits tailored to client needs
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Utilize CRM software like Salesforce to document interactions, update lead statuses, and manage pipeline activities
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and industry trends to provide accurate information during calls
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into long-term clients
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales, preferably within the technology or business services sector
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes and business development strategies
• Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism
• Experience with marketing strategies related to cold calling or warm calling is a plus
• Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹70.00 - ₹85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
