Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Caller / Telephone Sales Representative to join our sales team. The role involves making outbound and warm calls to prospective and existing clients to promote company products and technology solutions, understanding customer needs, and clearly explaining product features, benefits, and pricing. The candidate will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and following up leads to support business growth, building strong customer relationships through professional communication, and scheduling follow-up calls, product demonstrations, or meetings for the sales team. The role also requires accurately updating call outcomes, customer information, and lead status in CRM systems, achieving daily and monthly calling and sales targets, and effectively handling customer queries and objections.
