Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead the tele-sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Make outbound calls to potential clients, explain company services, and convert leads into sales. Train and motivate team members on sales techniques, communication, and product knowledge. Handle high-value leads and close deals directly when required. Maintain call logs, follow-up records, and CRM updates regularly. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead quality and service delivery. Prepare performance reports and share insights with management. Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management to drive repeat business. Requirements2–5 years of experience in tele-sales or inside sales (experience in digital marketing, IT, or service-based industry preferred). Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively. Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and daily reporting. Goal-driven mindset with a passion for sales and growth.
