Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Generate and manage a qualified sales pipeline by reaching out to prospects, handling inbound leads, and nurturing client relationships.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (POC) sessions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address client-specific queries and propose customized solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve win-win outcomes.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and account management.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales data and activities in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Track sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue goals, providing regular updates to management.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market opportunities.

Market Awareness & Competitor Insights

  • Stay updated on telecom, SaaS, and IT industry trends to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and use insights to strengthen sales strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, IT, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 1–5 years of experience in

    product sales, business development, or account management

    , preferably in Telecom, SaaS, or IT.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience handling international clients.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain SaaS/telecom products to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Expectations

  • Willingness to work beyond regular hours when required to meet client needs or project deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to SaaS platforms, cloud solutions, or telecom software products.
  • Experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and international sales.
