Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented SaaS-based Telecom Product Sales & Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting our telecom and software solutions to a global, B2B audience. You will be responsible for managing go-to-market strategies, supporting lead generation efforts, and creating high-impact content. This role is ideal for someone with a strong blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and creative marketing skills, particularly in the SaaS or telecom software domain. Role & responsibilities Product & Technical Marketing Develop clear and differentiated product positioning aligned with customer pain points and market trends. Create product-focused assets including presentations, datasheets, explainer videos, and case studies. Support product demos, trials, and Proof of Concept (POC) programs with international customers. Collaborate with technical teams to address client-specific queries and customize solution briefs. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing programs from planning to rollout. Run multi-channel digital campaigns (email, SEO, paid ads, social media) to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Work closely with internal teams including design, content, and SEO for campaign execution. Lead Generation & CRM Management Implement and manage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead tracking, scoring, and nurturing. Coordinate with the sales team to improve MQL to SQL conversion and pipeline growth. Content & Communication Create and manage high-impact content across digital platforms-blogs, product pages, videos, newsletters, and social posts. Ensure messaging consistency and branding across all touchpoints. Support internal communications and partner/channel marketing initiatives. Market & Competitor Research Analyze industry trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to inform product and marketing decisions. Regularly track competitor offerings, positioning, and GTM strategies. Reporting & Analytics Monitor campaign performance and key KPIs like lead conversion, engagement, and ROI. Present performance reports and insights to stakeholders with actionable recommendations. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Telecommunications, or a related field. MBA preferred. 1-5 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or sales enablement, preferably in Telecom, SaaS, or IT. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with experience handling international clients. Strong grasp of B2B marketing funnels, campaign workflows, and buyer journeys. Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, SEMrush, and similar platforms. Ability to convert complex technical details into customer-centric messaging. Creative thinker with a proactive mindset and strong execution skills. Additional Expectations: Willingness to work beyond regular hours when required to meet campaign deadlines or project schedules. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have: Exposure to telecom software products, cloud solutions, or SaaS platforms. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., RankerX, CookieYes, 0Captcha). Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads, and tools like CallHippo, Magisto.
