Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial triage of incoming customer requests
  • Resolve customer order questions and service enquiries accurately
  • Communicate with US customers through phone, email, and online chat
  • Listen competently and collect relevant customer order or enquiry information
  • Build rapport with customers and respond in a compassionate and professional manner
  • Remain calm and helpful when handling difficult situations
  • Use computer systems and Microsoft products effectively to support customer interactions
  • Maintain service quality and communication standards during all customer engagements

Job Requirements:

Experience

  • 0 to 2 years of call center or customer service experience
  • Telecom experience preferred

Skills Competencies

  • Strong English proficiency with solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent communication ability
  • Comfortable interacting with US customers across multiple communication channels
  • Strong listening and customer engagement skills
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency with effective use of Microsoft products
