About the Role

Telecom BSS Architect


### Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect end-to-end BSS solutions across CRM, billing, and order management domains.
  • Define system interfaces, integrations, and data flows between BSS and OSS systems.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams to deliver scalable and customer-focused solutions.
  • Oversee solution delivery from requirement analysis to deployment.
  • Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and mentoring for development teams.
  • Ensure compliance with performance, scalability, and security standards.


### Required Skills

  • 14+ years of Telecom IT experience with at least 8 years in BSS architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM and billing platforms (Amdocs, Netcracker, CSG, Ericsson BSCS, etc.).
  • Strong domain expertise in customer management, order management, mediation, and billing processes.
  • Hands-on experience with integration frameworks (API, SOA, microservices).
  • Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, SID, TAM).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.


### Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud-native BSS and DevOps environments.
  • Certifications in TOGAF or TM Forum Frameworx
