About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Telesales Process Manager with strong prior experience in managing BPO calling teams. The role involves leading and scaling a telesales bench dedicated to Real Estate lead generation, qualification, and customer engagement. The manager will be responsible for ensuring high productivity, conversion efficiency, and adherence to process quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Build, manage, and optimize a telesales bench focused on Real Estate projects (residential & commercial). Drive performance across calling teams: lead allocation, monitoring call quality, ensuring productivity targets. Implement training and coaching programs for agents on telesales techniques, objection handling, and real estate-specific knowledge. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, pitch strategies, and lead funnels. Track daily/weekly/monthly KPIs: call volumes, talk time, lead qualification ratios, appointment setting, and conversion impact. Continuously improve telesales processes using technology, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards. Handle recruitment, workforce planning, and attrition management for the telesales bench. Requirements: 5–8 years of experience in telesales operations, with at least 3 years in a team leader role within a BPO or large tele sales environment. Proven success in managing large calling teams (10+ agents) with measurable outcomes. Strong understanding of outbound calling strategies, lead qualification, and appointment generation. Proficiency in CRM tools, call monitoring, and performance reporting. Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.
