Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in telecalling or B2B sales role. Strong understanding of CRM management principles and practices. Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations. Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
