Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients who have shown interest in our services (inquiries, referrals, leads from social media, website, etc.). Clearly explain Akhilasoukhya's consultation process, treatment programs, and holistic approach to health. Address initial queries, build trust, and schedule first assessment consultations. Follow up proactively with leads and nurture relationships over calls and WhatsApp. Consistently meet or exceed monthly booking and conversion targets. Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions in our CRM systems. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 6 months of outbound calling/sales experience required. Freshers with strong communication may be considered selectively Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi (knowing multiple languages is an advantage). Strong persuasion and customer relationship skills. Passion for healthcare, wellness, and helping people live better lives. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Basic computer skills (email, CRM entry, WhatsApp Business communication).
