Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients who have shown interest in our services (inquiries, referrals, leads from social media, website, etc.).
  • Clearly explain Akhilasoukhya's consultation process, treatment programs, and holistic approach to health.
  • Address initial queries, build trust, and schedule first assessment consultations.
  • Follow up proactively with leads and nurture relationships over calls and WhatsApp.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly booking and conversion targets.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions in our CRM systems.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 6 months of outbound calling/sales experience required. Freshers with strong communication may be considered selectively
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi (knowing multiple languages is an advantage).
  • Strong persuasion and customer relationship skills.
  • Passion for healthcare, wellness, and helping people live better lives.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills (email, CRM entry, WhatsApp Business communication).
