Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to prospective customers
· Explain company products/services clearly and effectively
· Maintain a record of daily calls and follow-ups
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships
· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
· Provide excellent customer service and handle queries or objections professionally
Work Schedule:
· Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
· Saturday: 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM
· Sunday: Weekly Off
· Work Mode: Work from Office
Requirements:
· Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and basic English
· Good convincing and negotiation skills
· Target-driven and result-oriented approach
