Job Description

MEGA DRIVE from 14th June to 17th June 2025 VIP India is hiring passionate and driven Telecalling Executives to join its Outbound Sales team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in B2C telesales or customer engagement roles to grow within a high-performing, target-oriented environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote services and generate leads. Clearly explain product/service offerings and encourage user registrations or conversions. Follow up on leads and manage a database of potential customers. Address customer questions, handle objections, and close sales effectively. Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets. Work collaboratively with internal teams to support customer needs post-sale. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduates preferred Experience: At least 1 year of experience in: Telesales Lead Generation Collections Presales Domain: B2C Sales background is mandatory Language Requirements: Mandatory: English + Hindi Preferred: Any one regional language: Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujarati, Bengali Work Schedule: Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM Work Days: 6 Days a Week Week Off: 1 Rotational Off Age Limit: 24 to 37 years MEGA DRIVE on 17th June 2025
