Telecalling Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecommerce Executive to handle customer enquiries, provide accurate product information, and convert leads into confirmed orders. The ideal candidate will play a key role in customer communication, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, pricing, and appropriate quantities. Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to product enquiries and order placements. Generate regular follow-ups with prospective customers to convert enquiries into confirmed sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and order status. Prepare and submit daily call reports and sales tracking data. Coordinate with the design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Ensure clear communication between customers and internal teams to maintain service quality and satisfaction. Address customer queries, concerns, and order-related updates professionally and promptly. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling. Ability to maintain accurate records. Good coordination and follow-up skills. Experience: Prior experience of atleast 6 months in tele sales, telecommerce, or customer support is preferred.
