We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in the offset printing industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, proficiency in CorelDRAW, and a solid understanding of printing processes, color matching, and layout precision. Design and create print-ready files for brochures, flyers, file covers, stickers, banners, and other marketing materials. Coordinate with the printing team to ensure high-quality output in offset printing. Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines. Understand client requirements and translate them into attractive visual concepts. Check proofs and ensure proper color consistency and alignment before final printing. Strong designing skills with a good creative sense. Proficiency in CorelDRAW (knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator will be an added advantage). Experience in offset printing line preferred. Attention to detail and good time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
Develop and implement monthly social media calendars and campaigns. Create engaging posts, reels, and stories for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Coordinate with the design and video team for graphics, creatives, and ad content. Write catchy captions, hashtags, and ad copies aligned with brand tone and strategy. Manage day-to-day posting, audience interaction, and community engagement. Analyze social media performance and generate weekly/monthly reports. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm updates on all major platforms. Assist in running paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) when required. Collaborate with clients or internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Research competitors and suggest creative strategies for growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream). Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Punjabi is a plus). Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred. Confident, convincing, and result-oriented personality. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, CRM entry, etc.).
