Job Description

Job Title:

  • Proactively make outbound calls to potential leads and capture new leads from the market.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in English to explain services and answer queries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for closure.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle client interactions confidently and professionally.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred).
  • Prior telecalling/inside sales/customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
