Job Title: Telecaller Executive Location: Viman Nagar, Pune Industry: Study Abroad Consultancy Experience: 0 - 3 Years Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass / Diploma Job Responsibilities: Proactively make outbound calls to potential leads and capture new leads from the market. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in English to explain services and answer queries. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for closure. Key Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle client interactions confidently and professionally. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred).
