Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle
inbound and outbound
customer calls.
Provide clear information and generate qualified leads.
Coordinate with
national and international
patients.
Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
Convert inquiries into appointments.
Coordinate with therapists and the multidisciplinary team for accurate solutions.
Learn and understand basic neurological conditions for better communication.
Support sales/operations teams and work as a
team player
.

Preferred candidate profile

Clear and confident communicator in English
Comfortable interacting with both national and international clients.
Quick learner with interest in understanding basic neurological conditions.
Organized, disciplined, and able to manage data efficiently.
Past experience with
CRM software is a plus
, but not mandatory.
Positive attitude, dependable, and a strong
team player
.
Target-driven and consistent in maintaining follow-up discipline.
