Identify and develop new clients for road transport and logistics services (FTL/PTL/3PL). Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and present business proposals and quotations. Negotiate rates and contracts with clients. Maintain regular follow-up for business conversion. · Work closely with operations, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth cargo movement. · Monitor daily booking, delivery, and outstanding reports. Coordinate with the operations team for timely service delivery.
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and persistent follow-up with potential customers. Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and objections. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
