Senior Physiotherapist

Role & responsibilities

• Assessment:

  Neurological assessment, Musculoskeletal assessment, and review medical reports.

• Goal Setting:

  Define short-term & long-term functional goals with patient involvement.

• Treatment Planning:

  Create and modify individualized rehabilitation plans.

• Physio Interventions:

  Provide manual therapy, exercises, neuro-rehab, electrotherapy, and post-surgical protocols.

• Documentation:

  Record assessments, daily notes, and progress updates.

• Progress Monitoring:

  Reassess regularly and adjust treatment as needed.

• Safety:

  Ensure safe handling, prevent injuries, maintain hygiene.

• Team Communication:

  Coordinate with doctors and the interdisciplinary rehab team.

• Motivation & Support:

  Encourage adherence and provide emotional support.

• Professional Development:

  Stay updated with new rehab techniques.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• BPT/MPT with solid clinical foundations.
  
• Confident in assessment and treatment execution.
  
• Skilled in exercise-based rehab and basic manual therapy.
  
• Clear communicator who can guide patients effectively.
  
• Organized with accurate documentation habits.
  
• Calm, patient-focused, and good at motivating clients.
  
• Comfortable working in a structured rehab setup.
