Senior Physiotherapist

Looking for a Senior Physiotherapist with MPT(Neuro/Ortho/Pediatric) Candidate should have 2-5yrs of work experience • Clinical Responsibilities: o Manage therapy activities ensuring high-quality service. o Provide clinical and professional leadership, maintaining standards. o Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and build relationships with healthcare professionals. o Supervise therapists, compile necessary reports, and handle various therapy departments. • Education & Training: o Participate in continuous professional development initiatives. o Engage in career and professional development planning. o Support staff development through learning and development sessions. • Health & Safety: o Take responsibility for staff and client safety. o Contribute to the development of safety policies, guidelines, and standards. o Conduct risk assessments and ensure staff compliance with safety policies. • Service Provision: o Strategically manage and deliver therapy services. o Organize work scheduling, order supplies, and manage stock efficiently. o Attend family meetings, educate on milestones, and keep the primary consultant updated. • IP and OP: o Provide optimal patient care, involving joint decisions with medical doctors. o Work towards improving and being accountable for outpatient revenue. • Service Planning and Evaluation: o Collaborate on operational plans for therapy services. o Facilitate changes in work practices and provide reports on day-to-day activity. o Support integrated and streamlined therapy services, engaging in research and evaluation. • Leadership: o Lead a dedicated team with open communication and healthy relationships. o Manage self in accordance with professional standards, maintaining high-quality service.
