As a Senior Physiotherapist at Lotus Sports and Fitness, you will play a crucial role in promoting health and well-being among our members. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting thorough assessments of new members to understand their fitness levels, medical history, and specific needs. Utilize this information to create a comprehensive understanding of each member's physical condition. - Analyzing fitness assessments to determine individual strengths, weaknesses, and goals. Collaborate with members to establish realistic fitness objectives. - Collaborating with the training team to match members with the most suitable fitness trainers based on their unique requirements and goals. Provide ongoing feedback to trainers to ensure alignment with member's needs. - Designing personalized workout plans for members, considering their fitness levels, health conditions, and goals. Regularly updating and modifying workout plans for continued progress. - Performing all responsibilities associated with being a certified physiotherapist, including injury assessment, rehabilitation, and therapeutic interventions. Offering expert advice on injury prevention and recovery strategies. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the fitness industry. - Certified Physiotherapist with a valid license. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
