Senior Physiotherapist

By analyzing fitness assessments, you will determine individual strengths, weaknesses, and goals, working closely with members to establish realistic fitness objectives. Collaborating with the training team, you will match members with the most suitable fitness trainers based on their unique requirements and goals, providing ongoing feedback to ensure alignment with their fitness plan. You will design personalized workout plans for members, considering their fitness levels, health conditions, and goals, and regularly update and modify these plans to ensure continued progress. In your capacity as a certified physiotherapist, you will perform injury assessments, rehabilitation, and therapeutic interventions. Additionally, you will offer expert advice on injury prevention and recovery strategies to support our members in achieving their fitness goals. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy, have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the fitness industry, and be a Certified Physiotherapist with a valid license. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
