Job Description

Role Overview: At Lotus Sports and Fitness, we are seeking experienced and passionate Trainers & Swim Coaches to join our team. As a fitness company committed to providing high-quality training services, we are looking for individuals with a deep knowledge of fitness and nutrition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals. Key Responsibilities: - Must have a valid fitness certification - At least 1-2 years of experience in group training or fitness coaching - Excellent communication skills to effectively lead group fitness classes - Knowledge of different types of fitness modalities and their benefits - Ability to create personalized workout plans for clients - Good understanding of nutrition and its impact on fitness - Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals - Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends - Must be able to work in a team environment Qualifications Required for General Trainers: - Must have a valid fitness certification - At least 1-2 years of experience in group training or fitness coaching - Excellent communication skills to effectively lead group fitness classes - Knowledge of different types of fitness modalities and their benefits - Ability to create personalized workout plans for clients - Good understanding of nutrition and its impact on fitness - Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals - Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends - Must be able to work in a team environment Qualifications Required for Personal Trainers: - Must have a valid personal training certification - At least 2-3 years of experience in personal training - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients - Deep understanding of anatomy, exercise physiology, and kinesiology - Ability to create personalized workout and nutrition plans for clients based on their goals and fitness level - Experience working with clients with different fitness levels and physical abilities - Strong motivation and ability to inspire clients to reach their fitness goals - Ability to adapt training plans to clients needs and progress - Good record keeping and client progress tracking - Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends,
