Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Physiotherapist located in Chennai. The Senior Physiotherapist will assess and treat patients using advanced manual therapy techniques, develop treatment plans, and provide guidance to junior staff and students. Responsibilities include overseeing patient progress, maintaining clinical documentation, and actively participating in training and workshops hosted by the academy. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure an exceptional standard of care.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Clinical Assessment and Manual Therapy, including Dry Needling, Motion Palpation, and AIM Therapy
• Strong organizational skills in treatment planning and patient progress monitoring
• Experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff and students
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team
• A passion for evidence-based practice and continued professional development
• Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualifications
• Prior experience as a practicing physiotherapist is essential
• Certification in specialized physiotherapy techniques is an advantage
