Telecalling Executive

Core Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and gauge interest.  Inbound Handling: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing information, and offering support.  Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads through engaging conversations and gathering relevant information.  Sales Support: Following up with leads, scheduling appointments, and assisting in the sales process.  Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating CRM systems with relevant information.  Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring positive customer experiences by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and building rapport.  Product Knowledge: Staying updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.  Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly call targets and contributing to overall team performance.  Compliance: Adhering to company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.  Essential Skills: ( ROLES) Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and clear articulation are essential for effective teleconferencing.  Customer Service Skills: A customer-centric approach, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations are crucial.  Sales Skills: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales or appointments.  Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.  Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers.  Computer Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems, databases, and other relevant software.
