Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls:

Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.

  • Inbound Calls:

Answering incoming calls from customers to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.

  • Sales and Lead Generation:

Generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their needs.

  • Information Gathering:

Collecting customer information, documenting interactions, and updating customer records.

  • Following Up:

Following up with leads and customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.

  • Product Knowledge:

Staying up-to-date on product information, company policies, and industry trends.

  • Meeting Targets:

Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales and performance targets.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for clear and persuasive communication with customers.
  • Persuasion and Negotiation:

    The ability to persuade customers, handle objections, and negotiate effectively is crucial.
  • Customer Service Skills:

    Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and building rapport.

    The ability to listen attentively to customer needs and respond appropriately.
  • Sales Skills:

    Understanding sales processes, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge:
