Job Description: Looking for energetic candidates to make outbound/inbound calls, help clients, and promote services.

Hum ek motivated aur customer-focused telecalling executive search kar rahe hain. Aapka kaam hoga clients ko calls karna, unke calls receive karna aur unhe best service dena.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calls karke products/services promote karna ya appointments schedule karna.
• Inbound calls handle karke customer ke questions aur complaints solve karna.
• CRM system me records update rakhna.
• Clients ki needs samajhkar unhe right solution dena.
• Product information dena aur clients ko booking/purchase process guide karna.
• Leads pe follow-up aur customer satisfaction ensure karna.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
• Call center ya customer service experience ho toh plus.
• Good English speaking skills (extra languages are a bonus).
• Positive aur customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer aur CRM knowledge.
