Job Description

A Telesales Executive is responsible for selling products or services over the phone. They engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and close sales deals. They also manage customer relationships, follow up on leads, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Outbound and Inbound Calling: Making and receiving calls to potential and existing customers.  Product/Service Presentation: Clearly explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.  Needs Assessment: Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.  Sales Closure: Persuading customers to make a purchase and finalizing sales transactions.  Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.  Lead Management: Following up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or other sources.  Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.  Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.  Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer interactions.  Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on product information and industry trends.  Feedback Provision: Providing feedback to the sales team on customer needs and market conditions.  Collaboration: Working with other team members to achieve sales goals.  Required Skills: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive speaking.  Sales Skills: Strong sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing abilities.  Customer Service Skills: Ability to build rapport, address concerns, and provide excellent support.  Product Knowledge: Understanding of the products or services being sold.  Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.  Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer objections and resolve issues.  Target Orientation: Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
