Job Description: - Tele Caller Executive is responsible for :- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term business. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Presenting company products or services to clients, highlighting their value and benefits. Needs Assessment and Solution Development: Understanding client needs and developing tailored solutions to address them. Negotiation and Contract Closure: Negotiating terms and conditions to secure sales and close deals. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. Reporting and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and performance. Skills and Qualifications: Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Essential for building rapport and presenting effectively. Negotiation and Persuasion Skills: Necessary to secure deals and close sales. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address client concerns and find solutions. Time Management and Organization Skills: Important for managing a large sales territory and multiple leads. Sales Experience: Prior experience in a sales role is generally preferred.
