We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Telecallers to join our dynamic team and help us connect with customers, share our vision, and build lasting relationships. Role & Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote the company’s products and services. * Handle inbound inquiries, provide information, and resolve customer queries professionally. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM/database regularly. * Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets set by the management. * Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business. * Provide feedback to the team regarding customer needs, issues, and market trends. Eligibility & Requirements: * Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (12th pass) with 2+ years of telecalling/inside sales experience. * Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred). * Strong persuasion and customer service skills. * Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven environment. * Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software). * Positive attitude, patience, and team spirit.
