Job Title 1: Telesales Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Tele sales Executive to promote our resort services to prospective clients over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, with proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools. The role involves contacting potential guests, explaining resort offerings, handling inquiries, and converting leads into bookings.
Key Responsibilities: Contact potential and existing guests via phone to inform them about resort packages, promotions, and services.
Clearly communicate resort features, pricing, and benefits in a professional manner.
Convince and convert leads into confirmed bookings or appointments.
Maintain records of calls, bookings, and customer responses using MS Word and Excel.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Handle inquiries courteously and resolve concerns or redirect to the appropriate department.
Work closely with the reservations and front office teams to coordinate guest arrivals and requirements.
Maintain a polite and professional demeanor in all interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills in English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or hospitality is an advantage.
Job Title 2: Field Visit Executive
Department: Sales & Guest Relations
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and well-presented Field Visit Executive with over 2 years of experience in customer engagement and sales. This role involves direct interaction with potential clients, corporate partners, and walk-in guests, promoting the resort's offerings and establishing long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Visit corporate offices, travel agencies, and potential clients to promote the resort’s services and packages.
Greet and interact with guests and partners in a courteous and professional manner.
Deliver presentations, distribute brochures, and explain offerings with strong convincing skills.
Prepare daily visit reports and maintain client databases using MS Excel and Word.
Gather feedback and report customer requirements or trends to management.
Coordinate with internal departments for customized service offerings and event planning.
Attend exhibitions, travel fairs, and promotional events as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or guest relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality.
