Our extensive platform ensures seamless accommodation options and travel experiences for our customers. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Sadar. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing information about travel options, and assisting customers with their bookings. Daily tasks also include maintaining records of customer interactions, following up on leads, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in customer service, call handling, and telecommunication Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of computer operations and data entry Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant degree is advantageous
