Job Title: Telecaller/ Business Advisor

Job Overview:
MakeEasyFilings is looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to connect with potential customers and guide them through our business compliance services, including GST registration, FSSAI licensing, ISO certification, income tax filing, and trademark registration. Your role will involve making outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make inbound/outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Explain MakeEasyFilings' services and assist clients with queries related to business registration, tax compliance, and legal documentation.
• Guide customers through the registration and documentation process.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up on inquiries.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, Tamil, Malayalam
• Basic knowledge of GST, taxation, and business compliance (training will be provided).
• Persuasive and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals efficiently.
