As a Telecaller at Keekoo Hospitality in Nashik, you will play a crucial role in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, providing exceptional customer service over phone calls, managing the sales pipeline efficiently, and supporting upselling initiatives to enhance guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings to meet defined targets. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead progress for effective pipeline management. - Provide prompt and satisfactory responses to guest inquiries, showcasing in-depth knowledge of Keekoo properties and services. - Keep the sales tracker updated with lead statuses, ensure timely follow-ups, and address any delays in the conversion journey. - Address guest concerns professionally, coordinating with internal teams for quick issue resolution. - Engage guests warmly and professionally on calls, ensuring high standards of customer service and logging call details systematically. - Identify upselling opportunities based on guest preferences, promoting higher room categories or additional services. Qualifications Required: - 2 years of telecalling or customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality or service sector. - Prior experience with premium service providers like American Express is advantageous. - Comfortable with working 12-hour shifts as per business requirements. - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi. - Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude towards handling client interactions.
