About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecalling Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients over the phone, presenting our products/services, and converting prospects into qualified leads or direct sales. You will play a key role in building customer relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Explain company products/services and their benefits in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner.
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain customer database and update CRM with call logs, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales/lead targets.
• Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, or emails until closure.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into successful deals.
• Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the management team for process improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
